Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Representative - Life and
Retirement to assist educators with their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop knowledge of Life and Retirement insurance products and
services
Provide consultative service and support to drive growth and
retention
Ensure compliance and maintain high-quality customer
experiences
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 4
years of business experience
2+ years of experience in customer service or sales role
Must obtain Insurance Series 6/63 within 12 months of hire
Insurance or Finance industry experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
