Key Responsibilities
Consult with stakeholders on business operations and performance
initiatives
Lead project teams through all phases of client engagements,
including data collection and analysis
Develop key components of client deliverables and conduct
presentations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
1+ year of experience in contact centers and self-service
channels
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4-6 years of consulting
or analytics experience
Knowledge of statistical concepts and applications
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
