Job Description:
A company is looking for a Policy & Permitting Lead to manage
vacation rental permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for permitting and compliance matters
across jurisdictions
Lead the preparation, submission, and renewal of vacation rental
permit applications
Monitor changes in municipal codes and provide updates to
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Land Use, or
related field; Master's Degree preferred
4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or permitting
Strong knowledge of municipal codes and short-term rental
regulations
Experience in leading cross-functional projects
Familiarity with short-term rental or real estate industries is
desirable
