Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone
Responder.
Key Responsibilities
Answer high volume incoming calls from AAA Members in need of
Roadside Assistance, providing exceptional customer service
Accurately input Member information and use online mapping tools to
determine breakdown locations and tow destinations
Identify situations requiring special handling and provide clear
information on service status, costs, and instructions to
Members
Required Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call
center
Previous experience with Salesforce is preferred but not
required
Ability to work weekends, overtime, and/or holidays as needed
Stable, high-speed internet connection via Ethernet cable is
required
