Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist to provide
operational support to the Wealth Management team for
high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for
Wealth Advisors, including managing client communications and
requests
Ensure compliance with paperwork and procedures for client requests
and coordinate with internal departments
Maintain data integrity and assist in onboarding new clients and
processing account transfers as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Five years of experience in the financial services industry
Prior experience in a customer service-focused office environment
is helpful
Notary designation is a plus; eligible to pursue CFP
designation
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; prior experience
with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus
