Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains standard ATS processes for the customers' and
identifies opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Communicates directly with assigned customers, maintaining
positive relationships.
- Partners with new and expanding customers to ensure seamless
platform setup.
- Processes user account requests and log-in credentials;
receives, uploads, and validates client data, configures features,
and delivers platform feature end-user training.
- Prepares, and presents standard metrics and process
documentation to customer(s) and leadership.
- Works collaboratively with solutioning, installation, support,
and training teams to enhance standards, service delivery, and
documentation.
- Acts as escalation point for the customer during start up.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies: Essential
KSAs:
- Associates Degree, or equivalent experience and 1 year of
related experience.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to represent a
professional services organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and an ability to engage and educate
audiences.
- Ability to stay organized and problem solve in a fast-paced
environment. Desirable KSAs:
- Understanding of industrial manufacturing.
- Understanding of condition based monitoring platforms.

- Business Acumen Physical Demands and Working Conditions: While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel;
reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear.
The employee is also required to use a telephone with headset for
verbal troubleshooting, frequent use of a standard keyboard and
computer to document calls in a ticketing system, and occasional
use of other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift
and/or move more than 30 pounds. The employee is occasionally
required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision.
Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
