Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service
Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members or
internal customers
Handle escalated calls, resolving complex customer issues in a
timely manner
Guide customers on health care topics and assist with appointment
scheduling
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a
health care setting
Ability to work normal business hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm EST
Proficient in translating health care-related jargon into simple
instructions
Must be 18 years of age or older
