Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Location: Peoria, IL
Practice Type: Large Academic Medical Center/Delivery Hospital
Dates: ASAP Ongoing
Schedule: 7p-7a in-house NICU coverage, 10 shifts per month
NICU Level: Level 4
# Beds in NICU: 60-65, there are 5 twin rooms
Caseload: 15-20
EMR: EPIC
Procedures: Competent at umbilical line placement, central line placement/Peripherally inserted central lines, arterial line placement, intubation, newborn resuscitation, lumbar puncture, and chest tube placement.
Support: Will have Neonatologist and Respiratory Therapist support for the younger gestational ages
Requirements: IL license, DEA, CSR, PALS, BC/BE, 1 year minimum experience will accept someone that needs a license but this will delay start.
Cred Time: 60 days
