Neonatologist needed Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join employed team in Eastern Iowa The NICU Cares for up to 20 neonates with great support from dedicated RN staff and department educator Average 200-240 admissions per year, ADC 6-7 Support from IA City for higher level of care Participate in NICU steering committee, Developmental Care Committee and Shared Governance Committee Join in developing nurse run PICC team QI projects (Golden Hour, Coconut oil, PICC team, Simulation drills) Collaborate with OB/GYN and staff to ensure the best outcomes upon delivery (Genesis averages 2,000 deliveries per year) Looking to expand capabilities as a Regional Referral Center, and future goals of transitioning to Level III WE OFFER Competitive compensation Relocation assistance H1 support available Join us in the Quad Cities, on the banks of the Mississippi, minutes from the Quad Cities Airport.
