Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner with MAT
experience for a fully remote position in Washington State.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with
substance use disorders
Incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care and develop
treatment plans
Utilize technology for patient engagement and care coordination
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington State
Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing Medication for Opioid
Use Disorder in an outpatient setting
Degree from an accredited nursing program and graduate-level nurse
practitioner program
3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
Experience managing substance use disorders through
medication-assisted recovery
