Analyze outreach data to refine strategies and ensure strong
connections with local stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a
related field
3-5 years of experience in field management, community outreach, or
team leadership roles
Proven experience managing teams to deliver successful
community-focused initiatives
Ability to travel for team activities and events
Experience using CRM software to track performance and outreach
metrics
